What should I include in my booking message?
- Your hotel, condo or serviced apartment name and the area, for example Asok, Thong Lo, Sathorn or Pratunam
- Your room or unit number, plus the name the room is booked under if your hotel asks visitors to register at the lobby
- The treatment and length (60, 90 or 120 minutes), chosen from our massage services and price list
- Your preferred time, and any therapist you would like, subject to availability

Yes. Send the date and time you would like, with your hotel or condo, room number, treatment and length, and we confirm your therapist and arrival time in the chat. Booking ahead is a good idea for the latest slots of the night and if you would like a favourite therapist.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Reply in the same chat with the new time, a different treatment or a cancellation. Please let us know as early as you can, ideally before your therapist sets off, so we can rearrange the schedule. The same chat is the quickest way to reach the person handling your booking.
How do I pay for my massage?
You can pay by cash, Thai QR (PromptPay), bank transfer, or credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard). We confirm the price before the therapist sets off, and the quoted price is the price you pay, with no travel charge within 7 km of Sukhumvit Soi 22.
Can two people book a massage at the same time?
Yes. If two of you would like a treatment at the same time, say so in your booking message along with each person's treatment and length. Two therapists can be arranged subject to availability, so booking a little ahead helps, especially late in the evening. Each treatment is priced from our standard price list.
